1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing AUTOCORE ("Service"), you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2Description of Service

AUTOCORE is a platform for viewing, comparing, and creating professional vehicle specification tables in multiple languages. The Service is designed for car dealers, importers, and automotive industry professionals.

3User Accounts

Registration is required to access advanced features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Service.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4Acceptable Use

Automated data extraction (scraping) without written consent is prohibited.
Reselling or redistributing platform data is prohibited.
Using the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights is prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of these rules.

5Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and data on the platform are owned by or licensed to AUTOCORE. Reproduction without explicit written permission is prohibited. Users retain ownership of comparison tables they create.

6Paid Features & Subscriptions

Some features are available by paid subscription only. Pricing is shown on the billing page.
Payments are processed by a certified payment provider. We do not store card details.
Refunds are available within 14 days of payment subject to our refund policy.

7Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of technical data — always verify critical information with official sources.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

8Termination

You may delete your account at any time via profile settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, with prior email notification.

9Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, in the appropriate court at the Company's registered location.

10Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform interface. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
