Quick answer
Tap the B-pillar key induction area with the button side of the fob to unlock the car.
Once inside, place the fob button-side down on the wireless charging pad and start the car.
Replace the battery with a CR2450, positive side up, without overtwisting the fob casing.
First, identify the problem. This guide applies when you still have the key fob but its buttons and keyless entry no longer work because the fob battery is discharged. A lost key or a completely unresponsive vehicle is a different situation; see the section below.
Unlock and start the Zeekr X
The locations and orientations below come from the official 2024 Zeekr X owner manual. Use them only on your own vehicle and do not force any component.

Keep the discharged key fob with you
Do not take it apart while you are locked out. Even with a dead battery, the fob's built-in transponder can still be read by the car for official unlock and start procedures.

Open the key-fob casing
Flip the key fob upside down. Rotate the back shell clockwise by only a few degrees, then pull the two casing halves apart.
Important: Do not overtwist the casing; excessive rotation can damage the key fob.
The back shell turns only a few degrees - 6
Install a new CR2450 battery
Remove the old cell and fit a new CR2450 with the positive (+) side facing up. Align the casing halves with the marks and rotate the back shell counterclockwise.
Important: Keep coin-cell batteries away from children and animals. Swallowing one can cause serious injury or death.
The positive side of the CR2450 must face upward
If the key is lost. Use only a previously configured digital key, NFC card, or remote unlock in the Zeekr app, provided the feature was already activated and the vehicle is online. Otherwise contact Zeekr support or an authorized service center with proof of ownership.
If the B-pillar reader does not respond. The issue may be the vehicle's 12-volt system or another fault rather than the fob battery. Do not pry open the body or apply power to unknown contacts; call roadside assistance.

The key point
A dead fob battery should not leave a Zeekr X owner locked out: the B-pillar induction area unlocks the car, and the wireless charging pad lets the vehicle recognize the fob for starting. Replace the CR2450 afterward without overtwisting the casing.
